To me, it is about finding innovative, implementable and cost effective solutions that benefit not just the end users but all stakeholders.

As a Product Manager, I tackle every problem that I face in an Agile fashion by combining it with the Double Diamond Process of Design Thinking.
To me, every product must be meaningful and this means that I design keeping the users in mind. I always ask myself what do the users really want, how is the market space right now and most importantly, what can I do to make a better product or a better experience?
Leading Cross Functional Teams in the past has taught me that I need to align the team towards a particular goal that we set out to achieve. This is why, I always let data support me.
I understand how important it is for companies to make a solution but at the same time, make sure that they achieve their goals. This is why, I always apply triple constraint of time, budget and the scope I need to tackle. I run metrics at the end of the product to ensure that it is adding value not only to the users but also the company.
